Welcome to our website. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the www.fivemediaglobal.com website. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service. The term Five Media Global or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

(b) represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to bind yourself and/or the person or entity for whom you are entering into this agreement
(c) represent that you have read and understood this agreement
(d) represent and warrant that the information that you have provided or will provide to the company is or will be correct and complete in all respects, acknowledge that the company has and will rely upon the information that you provide and that any incorrect or incomplete information that you provide to the company may result in the company to withhold, suspend or terminate the services and/or terminate this agreement; and
(e) agree to be bound by this agreement, as may be updated by the company from time to time in its sole discretion.

Payment
Before the company carries out any work, we strictly ask our clients to provide a non-refundable fee deposit (50% upfront payment). The company shall invoice the client prior to starting the service. The remaining 50% fee shall be paid upon the completion of the contract, in which another invoice shall be sent to the client. Clients shall pay each invoice submitted by the company within 5 Business days from the date of the invoice. The invoice number shall be stated on all payments. The company only accepts payments through PayPal.
Services
Website Development
Five Media Global's Web Development utilizes Wix technology in creating websites. Hence, the following term applies:

Fees for Web Design services do not cover paid applications from Wix.com

Clients are to pay any third-party applications incorporated into the website.

Access to the website shall not be given to the client unless payment is completed.
Graphic Design / Brand Identity

Five Media Global offers an unlimited revision to ensure the client's satisfaction at all cost.

Social Media

In performing Social Media Services, the agency shall develop a plan intended to improve the visibility of the clients business profile on the selected social media sites.

The client acknowledges that the Social Media Services will require the client to enable the agency to make posts on the client's behalf across the social media sites included with the service in order to influence the visibility and ranking of the client's profile.

The client shall be responsible for providing the agency with the necessary login details to make posts and also for providing copy and/or information necessary for the agency to ensure posts are fully effective.

The client retains full responsibility for maintaining their social media profile and all links and content contained therein.
